This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to Letter No. HR-4/ 2704/ 2014, dated 22.06.2018 on the file of the 3^rd respondent herein and quash the same consequently directing the 3^rd respondent to accept the initial deposit by virtue of the allotment order dated 30.05.2018 made in Regular Allotment Order No.HR4/ 2704/ 2014 on the file of the 3rd respondent considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2018.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted by referring Paragraph No.5 of the affidavit, that the respondents are willing to allot the individual residential houses in Dharmapuri District to the petitioner as per the allotment letter, subject to the outcome of the writ petitions viz., W.P.Nos.13189 to 13194 of 2018.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the W.P.No.13189 of 2018 alone is pending. Even in the said writ petition, the respondents are willing to allot the land. Therefore, he submits that there is no impediment for them to allot the land to the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submits that the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent may be recorded and this Writ Petition may be disposed of.

5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of and the respondents are directed to allot the residential house to the petitioner subject to the fulfillment of other conditions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
