Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Collector of Villupuram District, Villupuram
(i) To conduct an enquiry on the selection of beneficiaries and the allotment of funds made by the public servants to 25 beneficiaries under the Chief Minister's Solar Powered Green House Scheme in Alagramam Panchayat in Mylam Panchayat Union in Tindivanam Tlauk in Villupuram District.
(ii) To take action on illegal selection of beneficiaries and illegal allotments of funds under the said scheme, if any, and
(iii) Cause to select the deserving persons as beneficiaries as per the Guide Lines under the said Green House Scheme.
