PRAYER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents herein or their men, agents, subordinates from demanding or collecting entry tax in respect of second-hand vehicle Used TADANO TL200L Mobile Crane, Model No.1992, Chassis No.4TW17C-0183, to be registered with the 3rd respondent herein with new registration mark.

O R D E R
The learned Government counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents/Department made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition the balance arrears of Entry Tax due i.e. a sum of Rs.1,02,593/- was paid by the petitioner on 07.09.2021 [vide D.D.No.803969 dated 07.09.2021].
2. In view of the fact that the petitioner has paid the Entry Tax as demanded, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
