2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting respondent/2^nd respondent made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the electrical pole was erected and electricity connection was given to the petitioner. The petitioner is using the electricity connection for many years.

3.The contesting respondent/2 nd respondent filed a civil suit and the said civil suit was also dismissed by the competent civil Court. This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be entertained and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected
