Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the concerned records from the First Respondent, quash the Award of the First Respondent Labour Court, dated 19.09.2011 in C.P. No. 15 of 2011 in so far as declining the claim for the wage revision of the Petitioners and consequently direct the Second Respondent to pay a sum of Rs.8,71,044/- to us being the difference in wages for the period from July 2009 to October 2010 with one time arrears payment along with the interest at the rate of 18% per annum.
