2. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on
09.07.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner.
Therefore, the writ petition was directed to be posted today
under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no
representation for the petitioner. The writ petition was filed
in the year 2012 and it appears that the petitioner is not
interested to prosecute this writ petition. Therefore, the writ
petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
