The petitioners have come up with these Writ Petitions to call for the records pertaining to the letters of termination dated 14.11.2012 and 13.01.2013 respectively issued by the respondent, with respect to quarry operations.

Today, when the matters were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that the reliefs sought for herein have become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
