The petitioner, who is the life convict (CT No.12511) has given a representation dated 05.06.2021 for ordinary leave under the Tamil Nadu Suspension of Sentence Rules, 1982 and thereafter, filed the present Writ Petition.

On instructions, learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] submits that the leave application of the petitioner is under process.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of the leave application of the petitioner dated 05.06.2021 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order in accordance with the rules and intimate the same to the petitioner. No costs.
