Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records / notification of the first respondent published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Part-II Section -1 in Ref. No.II(1)/REV/16/2007, dated 14th February 2007 in so far as it relates to Survey No.491/2 an extent of 2.18 acres situated in Chettipalayam Village, Coimbatore South Taluk, Coimbatore and quash the same.
