PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to recover from the second respondent a sum of Rs.3,24,581/- (Rupees Three Lakh Twenty Four Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty One only) being the unpaid portion of the petitioner's father's Gratuity amount with interest thereon upto 31.07.2018 under the Revenue Recovery Act forthwith as per the Recovery Certificate issued by the Controlling Authority and Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Salem, based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2020.
