PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass orders for conversion of the post of Storekeeper Grade-I the promotional post created in G.O.Ms.No.387, Industries Department dated 24.03.1983 as permanent post on par with other temporary posts and to include the post of Storekeeper Grade-I in the proposal forwarded by the 2^nd respondent to the 1^st respondent in Rc.No.2152/PM1/2020 dated 09.05.2020 and to consider the petitioner for promotion to the post of Storekeeper Grade-I based on the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2020 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
