herein, quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent
herein to reinstate the petitioner as Accountant in the
Mannarkudi Municipality with effect from 20.02.2020 with all
attendant benefits.

ORDER
Mr.A.G.Abishek, learned counsel for the petitioner has
given a letter dated 03.09.2021 to the Registrar (Judicial) for
listing this case for withdrawal. Thus, this case was listed
under the caption “for withdrawal” today. Today , i.e.
09.09.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks
permission of this court to withdraw this writ petition.
2. Considering the same, this writ petition is dismissed as
withdrawn. No costs.
