When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and hence sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, permission is granted to withdraw the case and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
