Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the
respondent bank to consider and dispose of the representation
dated 17.03.2016 issued on behalf of the petitioner company to
consider any proposal for settlement of the debts of the company
pending with the respondent bank with the approval of the board
of directors of the petitioner company
