Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the award of the first respondent in I.D.No.32 of 1995 dated 17.05.2004 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with full back wages and other benefits and to repartriate the petitioner to his parent bank.
