The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to
call for the records in respect of the allotment of the

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to
the notice of this Court that the petitioner died. Thus, the
legal heirs are at liberty to approach the competent authority,
if at all they want to submit any fresh application for any such
allotment in the manner know to law.
3. With this liberty, the Writ petition stands disposed
of. No costs.
