This petition has been filed to implead
the legal heirs of the vendors of the petitioner to have a complete a effective adjudication to
the issue raised in this writ petition.
2. Heard Ms.Abirami, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.
3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
4. The Registry is directed to carryout the amendment and post the writ petition in the second week of June 2021.
