ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. M.Natarajan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. P.Subbaiah, Special Government Pleader for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

These petitions have been filed for extension of time to comply with the order passed by this Court in W.A.(MD) Nos.691 to 693 of 2021 and to de-freeze the petitioner company's account after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ receiving out DD amount.

2.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the amount as has been directed by the learned Single Judge and as confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court has already been paid. Hence, it is for the appellant/petitioner to go before the authorities as the learned Single Judge has remanded the matter to the respondent authority and the order of the learned Single Judge has been confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court.

3.These Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed with the above observation.
