Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to withdraw and transfer the case in H.M.O.P.No.129 of 2021 from the file of the Family Court, Dindigul and to transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Melur Madurai District to try along with HMOP No.83 of 2021.
Prayer in CMP(MD)No.7060/2021 :
To Stay all further proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.129 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul, pending disposal of this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.
ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.CHENGIZ KHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:-
Petitioner is permitted to take fresn private notice to the respondent as well as to the learned counsel who represents the respondent before the trial court, returnable by 14/10/2022. Interim Order already granted is extended till then.
