The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2018 on the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam to the Sub Court, Theni.

The transfer is sought for mainly on the ground of convenience as the wife is the resident of Karattupatti in Theni District.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit considering the distance between Thirumangalam and Theni, it would be difficult for the petitioner to travel and conduct the proceedings at Sub Court, Thirumangalam.

The husband is shown to be the resident of Muthuramalingapuram, Peraiyur Taluk of Madurai District.

Considering the fact that the wife is the resident of Theni and she would be required to travel about more than 100 kms. to Thirumangalam, for conducting the proceedings, H.M.O.P.No.114 of 2018 is withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Tirumangalam, Madurai and transferred to the Sub Court, Theni, to be disposed of in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
