The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case on the file of the Family Court, Trichy, in H.M.O.P.No.40 of 2021 and transfer the same to the Sub-Court at Devakottai.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died, due to COVID-19. Hence, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.
3.Recording the said submission, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
