The above Sub Application Petitions coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of M/s.S.P.Chockalingam, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner herein; upon reading the applications and affidavit of R.Sakthivel in Sub Appl.Nos.590 & 591/2021 and , filed herein; the Court made the following order:

"The petitioner has come with these sub applications seeking leave to file contempt petition against the respondents for violating the order of this court dated 07.06.2021 passed in suo motu WP.No.574 of 2015 and dispense with the production of the said order copy.

2.When this court raised a question about the locus standi of the

petitioner to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents, as he

is admittedly, a third party to lis , the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw these sub applications with

liberty to file appropriate petition in the manner known to law.

3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, these sub applications are dismissed. Consequently, the contempt petition stands rejected at diary stage itself."
