This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on Monday, the first day of November Two thousand and twenty one (01.11.2021), upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and the material papers in the Suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.VADIVEL, Advocate for the Appeallant and of Mr.D.SRINIVASARAGHAVAN, ADVOCATE FOR M/S S.BHARATHI, Advocate for the Respondent and having stoodover for consideration till this day, this Court doth order and decree as follows:-
(1) That the judgment and decree dated 28.09.2018 passed in A.S.No.9 of 2018 on the file of the Principal District Court, Thanjavur confirming the judgment and decree dated 29.09.2016 passed in O.S.No.205 of 2012 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Thanjavur. be and hereby are confirmed and this Second Appeal is dismissed.
