JUDGMENT
When the Second Appeal was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellants pointed out that he has already filed a memo on 22.03.2021 to the effect that inspite of several attempts, he is not able to contact the parties and reported no instructions.
2.The said memo is recorded and this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
