This Second Appeal coming upon for hearing on this date, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First instance and the material papers in the Suit and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.SANTHOSH KUMAR, Advocate for the Appellant, and the Respondent herein not appearing either in person or through Advocate, this Court doth order and decree as follows:-
(1) That the Judgment and Decree dated 06.02.2018 made in Appeal Suit No.20 of 2017,on the file of the I Additional District Court, Tirunelveli.modifying the judgment and decree dated 16.11.2015 made in Original Suit No.189 of 2012 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Valliyoor be and hereby is confirmed and the Second Appeal is dismissed;
(2) And that there be no costs in this Appeal.
