PRAYER:- Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of code of Civil Procedure praying to set aside the decree and judgment dated 12.11.2007 rendered in A.S.No.24 of 2007 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tirupattur confirming the decree and judgment dated 20.11.2006 rendered in O.S.No.107 of 1998 on the file of the District Munsif of Tirupattur.
By order dated 12.07.2021, this Court had directed to delete the name of the learned counsel for the appellants and the matter was directed to be posted before this Court. Since the court notice that had been served on the appellants 1 and 2 on 03.07.2021, to date no one has entered appearance on behalf of the appellant and neither they had appeared before this Court in person. Therefore, the Second Appeal stands dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
