The Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of the Civil Procedure Code against the judgment and decree of the Principal District Judge, Namakkal, in A.S.No.7 of 2010 dated 18.02.2011 confirming the judgment and decree of the Sub Judge, Namakkal, in O.S.No.510 of 2000 dated 29.10.2009.
The learned counsel for the appellant circulated a letter dated 23.01.2021 to the Registry for listing this matter for withdrawal. Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption “for withdrawal”.
- Today when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the appellant also seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal.
