Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., against the decree and judgment dated 21.11.2003 made in A.S.No.20 of 1994 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee, confirming the decree and judgment dated 29.07.1992 in O.S.No.1212 of 1980 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Poonamallee.
