PRAYER:This Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., against the judgment and decree dated 23.12.2011 passed in A.S.No.6 of 2010 by the learned Additional Sub Judge, Pondicherry by reversing the judgment and decree of the learned II Additional District Munsif, Pondicherry in O.S.No.31 of 2006 dated 24.11.2009.
It is reported that the sole appellant reported dead. This Second Appeal stands dismissed as abated. It is open to the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant to take necessary steps if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
