2.As per the Compromise Agreement, the appellants have paid a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Only) in cash to the respondents and the respondents, in turn, expressed that they will not have any objection for receiving the terminal benefits, pension, gratuity etc., and compassionate appointment in favour of the second appellant.
