PRAYER: Second Appeal filed under Section 100 C.P.C. against the Decree and Judgement passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Vellore in A.S.No.32/1998 dated 15.06.2001 confirming the Judgement and Decree passed by the Learned Additional District Munsif Court, Vellore in O.S.No.812/89 dated 30.06.1998.
JUDGMENT

On the last hearing date i.e. on 22.06.2021, when the matter was listed under the caption “for dismissal”, learned counsel on record for the Appellant reported no instruction in this matter and hence this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the Appellant in the cause list and list the matter under the same caption “for dismissal” today.
Till date, no alternate arrangements have been made by the Appellant to engage a new counsel. The second appeal is of the year 2001. It can now be inferred that the Appellant is not interested in prosecuting this second appeal. Accordingly, this
