JUDGMENT
The learned counsel for the appellant reported no instructions for the appellants on 17.09.2021. Hence, the Registry was directed to issue notice to the appellant and print his name in the cause list after issuing notice to him. Though the notice is served and the name of the appellant is printed in the cause list today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant.
2. In view of the same, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, the connection civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
