PRAYER:This Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., against the judgment and decree dated 27.08.2008, made in A.S.No.68 of 2008 on the file of the Sub-Court, Tiruchengode (A.S.No.180 of 2005 Sub-Court, Namakkal) confirming the judgment and decree dated 28.06.2004 made in O.S.No.247 of 1996 on the file of the District Munsif, Tiruchengode.
It is reported that the sole appellant reported dead. This Second Appeal stands dismissed as abated. It is open to the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant to take necessary steps if so advised. No costs.
