Prayer:- This Second Appeal has been filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the Judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.18 of 2006 dated 05.03.2007 on the file of the Court of Additional District Judge, Chennai (Fast Track Court No.II) confirming the judgment and decree passed in O.S.NO.136 of 2002 dated 07.01.2005 on the file of the XVII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

For Respondent : Died, vide order dated 09.03.2020

Though the learned counsel for the appellant had taken time to take steps to bring on record the legal heirs of both the appellant as well as the sole respondent on 29.06.2021, steps were not taken to date. The second appeal is therefore dismissed as abated. No costs.
