Prayer: Second Appeal against the decree of the Principal Sub Judge, Chengalpattu dated 31.03.2008 made in A.S. No.35 of 2006 preferred against the decree of the Court of the District Munsif Court, Tambaram, dated 12.12.2005 made in O.S.No.20 of 2004.

Decree:This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on Monday the Twenty Second day of February 2021, and upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the Judgment and decree of the Lower Court and the Court of the First instance and the material papers in the case and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V. Raghavachari for M/s. Liagath ,Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr. M. Balasubramanian, Advocate for the Respondents and having stood over for consideration till this day and this court doth order and decree as follows:

i)That the Judgment and decree dated 31.03.2008 in A.S. No.35 of 2006 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court,Chengalpattu confirming the Judgment and decree dated 12.12.2005 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tambaram, be and hereby are confirmed and the Second Appeal is dismissed;

ii)that the Appellants herein/Plaintiff be and hereby is directed to pay a Sum of Rs.10/- to the Respondents herein/Defendants being the Cost incurred in this Second Appeal.
