The suit has been filed for partition between the family members. The applicant/plaintiff is the son of the first defendant and the respondents are brother and sister of the applicant/plaintiff.
well as the counter affidavits filed by some of the respondents, it is clear that some
of the immovable properties mentioned in the schedule are in possession of the applicant/plaintiff and some of them are in the possession of the respondents/defendants.
