ORDER
When this Court was about to dismiss this habeas corpus petition on the ground that the petitioner is not at all the husband of the alleged detenue, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made by him in the affidavit, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
