This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to produce the detenue viz., the petitioner's daughter Mageswari, aged about 27 years in person before this Court and set her at liberty.
In view of the above submissions, this habeas corpus petition is closed with a direction to the Assistant Commissioner of Police, MKB Nagar, to monitor the investigation in Kodungaiyur Police Station Crime No.1407 of 2020 and keep the petitioner informed of the developments, if any. On securing the detenue, she may be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate under intimation to the petitioner.
