Petitioner is the wife of the detenu Gnanavel S/o.Loganathan, aged about 22 years, who has been branded as ‘Boot Legger’ under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in R.C.No.C2/30125/2020 dated 18.12.2020. Such order is under challenge herein.
In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
