This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's minor daughter viz. Yamuna before this Hon'ble Court and hand over her custody to him.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned
Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, the
detenue surrendered before the Child Welfare Committee,
Krishnagiri on 02.03.2021 and after due enquiry, the custody of
the detenue was handed over to the petitioner on 18.03.2021.
4. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition
stands closed.
