ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this habeas corpus petition.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this habeas corpus petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, as and when the detenue Monisha, aged about 17 years, is secured, the earlier order dated 13.09.2021 may be complied with.
