schedule to this E.P. Under Order XXI Rule 35 of C.P.C.

The Judgment Debtor has filed affidavit before Hon'ble division bench to vacate the
premises in 1 year. He filed an affidavit with regard to the same that he undertook to
vacate the premises in 1 year before this court. There is no purpose for this execution petition to be kept pending. Both counsels agreed to pass suitable order. Hence for
the time being, this execution petition is closed.
