2.Recording the said statement, these suits are dimissed as settled out of Court. No costs. The entire Court fee paid is directed to be refunded to the 4^th plaintiff in C.S.No.252 of 2008 by issue of a cheque in the name of the 4^th plaintiff and the counsel for plaintiff in C.S.No.237 of 2008 as requested by the counsel appearing for the plaintiffs.
