a) declaration that the plaintiff is the sole and absolute owner of the copyright to exhibit, exploit and distribute the Tamil Talkie movie titled as “Ananda Aradanai” featuring Mohan, Suhasini, Srividya and others directed by Dinesh Babu, more particularly described in the schedule hereunder, over the satellite television broadcasting right through out the

world and all other electronic media rights now in existence or to be introduced in future and all rights assigned to the plaintiff pursuant to the agreement and declaration dated 26.12.1994;
b) granting an order of permanent injunction restraining the first and second defendants, their servants, agents, men and / or any other person claiming through them from in any manner infringing the plaintiff's copyright in the suit Tamil film “Ananda Aradanai” to exhibit, exploit and distribute the suit film more particularly described in the schedule hereunder, for the satellite broadcasting territory and in other modern medias;
c) costs of the suit;
