COMMON ORDER

An affidavit of undertaking has been filed by the petitioner/tenant stating that he would vacate the premises within six months from today i.e.,29.11.2021. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that over a sum of Rs.2,86,324/- is due and payable by the tenant to the respondent/landlord.

2.The affidavit is taken on file and the petitioner/tenant shall vacate the premises within a period of six months from today i.e.,29.11.2021. It is needless to state that he shall pay the rents for remaining six months without default. If there is a single default, it is open to the respondent/landlord to take steps to execute the decree. It is needless to state that the respondent/landlord shall workout the remedy for recovering the arrears of rent.

3.These Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of on the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
