COMMON PRAYER:- Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to call for the impugned docket order dated 24.11.2011 made in I.A SR No.17264/2011 in MCOP No.778 of 2010 on the file of the MACT/I Additional District and Sessions Judge/FTC I, Tirunelveli seeking to condone the delay in filing the application, to recall the award and to set aside the same.
Mr.Srinivasa Raghavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the award passed by the Lok Adalat has been satisfied by the Insurance Company/petitioner herein. Hence, nothing survives in these revisions and the same are dismissed as infructuous.
