Heard Mr.K.N.Thambi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in C.R.P(MD)Nos.1005 to 1007 of 2008 and Mr.B.Christopher, learned counsel for Ms.J.Anandhavalli, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in CRP(MD)Nos.2063 ad 2064 of 2008. It is seen from the records that some of the parties died and no steps have been taken to bring the legal representatives on record. An order has been passed by this Court on 14.10.2019 closing the Civil Revision Petition as against the first petitioner in CRP (MD)Nos.2063 and 2064 of 2008, who figures as the first respondent in CRP(MD)Nos.1005 to 1007 of 2008. Both the learned counsel would submit that there is no response from their clients.
