This matter originally came up for hearing on 18.11.2014, on which
date, this Court ordered notice returnable by 02.12.2014. Thereafter, the
matter was not listed and only after seven years the matter is listed today (07.09.2021).
2. The challenge in this Civil Revision Petition is to the award dated 20.09.2014 passed in MCOP No. 1382 of 2014 based on the Settlement
Memo, filed before the Lok-adalat organised by the District Legal Services Authority, Coimbatore.
3. Thus, for the past seven years, the revision petitioner has not
shown any interest to get the matter listed. Today, when the matter was called, none appeared for the revision petitioner. This per se shows that the revision petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case any further. That
apart, the Lok-adalat award was passed based on the Settlement Memo filed by the revision petitioner herein.
4. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non
