1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the

respondent-wife filed a petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act seeking the relief of restitution of conjugal rights . Petitioner-Husband filed counter and specifically stated in the counter that he is ready and willing to live with his wife. Even thereafter, the case in H.M.O.P.No.5 of 2019 is kept pending without any progress. In support of his contention, he filed the case status, downloaded in the e-Courts website and it shows that the case is kept
