Petitions under Article 227, constitution of India, filed against the Order and decretal order dated 07.12.2018 of the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem in I.A.No.761 of 2018 in O.S.No.208 of 2009(in CRP.PD.No.1634/19) and
(2) To issue an order of Interim Stay of all further proceedings in O.S.No.208 of 2009 on the file of II Additional Subordinate Judge, Salem pending disposal of the above CRP.
